Being able to demonstrate improved outcomes for children and young people forms a vital part of working with families. Often people may focus on outputs rather than outcomes.

Measuring outcomes effectively

Get information and resources to help you understand how to easily and efficiently measure outcomes.

Record your outcome

Fill in a quick and easy web form to highlight work undertaken and what results have been for children and young people in York. It is important that we show that the work is producing appropriate, good quality outcomes. Reports on all logged outcomes will be produced on a monthly basis and are available through this website.

We also have forms on the websites for young people or parents/carers to "have a voice" or to say something that has made a difference for them. These can be found using the links below:

Voice of the child

See our Voice and Involvement section for lots of helpful information and resources to hear, respond to and involve children, young people and families.
