Inclusion statement

All childcare and services should make reasonable adjustments to support disabled children and young people or those with additional needs. Below is a statement from this provider about their inclusive practice and levels of experience of supporting different needs

I've worked in an inner-city, multi-cultural primary school in Leeds for 9 years and therefore have a wealth of experience in working with and supporting both children and parents from a diverse range of religious and cultural backgrounds. I know how to support children with English as an additional language and I have also cared for children with a range of special needs including autism, diabetes and behavioural issues. I aim to be as inclusive as possible and am prepared to discuss all individual needs with parents in an effort to accommodate their requirements.
