Young People's Service At 30 Clarence Street

Trained Learning and Work Advisers will work across the city and come to 30 Clarence Street to provide a Specialist Information, Advice and Guidance service to young people who are aged 16- 18 who are Not in Employment, Education or Training (NEET), or are considering leaving their employment, education or training , those who are in the care of the Local Authority, those in alternative education provision, and those in the youth justice system.

The Learning and Work Advisers will provide information, advice and guidance through appointments, group work and workshops at arranged times during the day that suit the needs of young people and they will also have available appointments at other locations across the city.

Drop-in @ 30 Clarence Street will be on:
Mondays 12:30 – 4:30pm
Tuesdays 12:30 – 4:30pm
Fridays 11am – 3pm

From 1st January 2019 the Young People’s counselling service will be delivered through York Mind. Referrals for this service can now be made through the York Mind website www.yorkmind.org.uk/refer
