During 2017 the promotion of the Local Offer and the work on the website continued.

Our team has attended many consultation events in order to spread the word and promote the work of the Local Offer. The team has also taken the time to run training days on how to navigate the website and from this creating 'Local Offer Champions' who are voluntary representatives of the Local Offer who continue to help spread the word of the Local Offer and are able to demonstrate how to effectively work around the website.

The events were also used as a chance to to gain face-to-face feedback on the website and where our focus needs to be in improving the service.

Specific areas of the website were then targetted according to feedback from parents, carers, service providers and the young people themselves. See here for what changes have been made in 2017.
