Feedback

The Healthy Child Service is a 0-19 service combining Health Visiting and School Nursing teams with an aim to ensure that every child gets the good start they need for a healthy life. We provide health promotion, health and development screening and can offer additional support as required. We work alongside other agencies that children, young people and families are involved with and signpost to relevant services.

Please follow the link to our survey in order to help us evaluate how well we are doing:

All service user feedback is important to us. Should you wish to report a complaint, comment, concern or compliment, please contact the Customer Feedback Team. This can be carried out in the following ways:

If you are concerned about a child

If you have a concern that a child is vulnerable or at risk of significant harm please contact the Children's Front Door.
