Have your say!

Your voice matters!

Got something to say? Do you want to see something change? Has someone helped you to do something you are proud of? Then we want to know. Use the form at the bottom of this page to tell us about your experience. We will use what you tell us to make services better.

You said, we did

What you say really makes a difference. Don't just take our word for it see what has changed as a result of young people telling us what they think..

How can I get people to listen to me?

There are lots of ways you can have a voice in your life. Any adult working with you should listen to you and take your views into account. This doesn't always mean doing exactly what you say but it does mean they should listen and try to help make a difference. If there is something happening in your life that is upsetting your or worrying you talk to someone. This may be a teacher, social worker, doctor or you can also call Childline on 0800 11 11.

There are also lots of different groups that run across York. These can be a great way to have your voice heard and meet new friends.
