Well here your chance. York Maker Hub will be holding a FREE Raspberry Pi foundation workshop just for adults and parents. You may not even know what a Raspberry Pi is, then this is just the workshop you need! A Raspberry Pi is a powerful little computer which starts from just £35. At our free workshop we will show you how to; unbox and set up your Raspberry Pi for the first time how to get your Raspberry Pi Plugged in and operating to see what applications kids are learning at school and where to find them and better still what these applications can do provide expert advice on how to get you Raspberry Pi Project moving After the workshop there will also be an option to sign up for a 6-week course where we can really help you get to grips with programming and developing basic electronics with the Raspberry Pi.
