What is the YorOK Children’s Trust?

A Children’s Trust is a partnership of organisations responsible for services for children, young people and families. These organisations share a commitment to improve children’s lives and to work together to ensure every child has his or her needs met.

In York the Children’s Trust is known as ‘YorOK’. The YorOK Board is made up of senior representatives from the key organisations that work with children, young people and families. This Board oversees the planning and development of services for children, young people and families.
