Updating your details
How to update childcare providers, organisations or activities' details in the service directory.
We need to make sure that information about services and organisations are as up to date as possible. There are thousands of services and we want to make it as easy as possible for people to update their own information. So once your service is created in the service directory, you can update your details using any of the following methods.
- Updating online: You can now update your details online. We have produced a short guide to explain this works.
- Call the Family Information Service on 01904 554444.
- Text ‘update’ to 07624 802244 and we will call you back
- Email any changes to fis@york.gov.uk
- By freepost to: Family Information Service, LCCS, Freepost NEA204, PO Box 404, York. YO1 6ZZ.
