Living in Haxby I have spaces for children on Tuesday, Wednesday all year round from 7.30 am - 6pm.I am also willing to discuss hours to fit different shift patterns and are close enough to do drop offs/pick up at Headlands school. I live with my husband and my nearly 4 year old boy and are lucky to have access to local parks and children's amenities close to our home. My aims are firstly to provide a provision where a child feels safe and secure and has opportunities to reach their full potential and have lots of fun. Secondly to work alongside parents and carers to achieve this. I also am registered to provide 3 and 4 year free funding for 15 hours.
I also hold certificates in CACHE Level 3 award in Preparing To Work/Setting Up In Home Based Childcare,, Food Hygiene and Allergy training and Medication Administration training and Equality and Diversity Training. I also have had vast experience of supporting people with various Learning Disabilities.
The fee is £4 per hour which includes all drinks and healthy snacks (meals can be provided upon request)

Maximum age: 8 Years
All childcare and services should make reasonable adjustments to support disabled children and young people or those with additional needs. Below is a statement from this provider about their inclusive practice and levels of experience of supporting different needs
“I have experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities including autism & Down Syndrome & will look at how I can accomodate children with such conditions. Fully trained in manual handling including uses of hoists. Ask me if your child needs a wheelchair or has visual or mobility problems. Willing to work with parents to see if it would be possible to support the individual in my home, eg:a ramp to get into the house due to door width and there are steps to the door. I am also open to working with children from different cultures with different beliefs and working along side the parents to ensure they have the best opportunities in my service and would look into how we can overcome any language barriers, for example looking into making the welcome packs more accessible for people from various cultures. I also provide menus each week and can adapt these to different diets and needs as requested.”
