The CWDC One Children’s Workforce Framework

The YorOK workforce strategy is based on the Childrens Workforce Development Council (CWDC) One Childrens Workforce Framework.

This is an online tool, based on the rainbow above, that aims to help every children's trust establish the progress they have made in developing one children's workforce—a workforce that is reformed and integrated and making the best contribution possible to local Every Child Matters outcomes and the Children and Young People's Plan. 

We are now in the second year of using the tool and will begin the self assessment process again shortly. There are lots of ways that people will be able to contribute their views, including through filling in the online questionnaire. Kate Helme will also be visiting various groups to gain views.
