Local Support

For group based setting you can access support around the Early Years Foundation Stage through a team of development workers. For childminders you can access support through the local National Childminding Association. For details of the NCMA support workers contact the Family Information Service on 01904 554444.

The Early Years Foundation Stage Forum

In order to offer extra support to all those working within the EYFS we have arranged free full membership of the Foundation Stage Forum.

This gives you online access to:

• A national support network of EYFS professionals
• Membership of hugely active community of teachers, practitioners, providers, and other professionals
• A 24 hour resource for people in similar settings and situations
• Downloadable resources, eg planning and policy templates, topic based focus plans and articles on all aspects of EYFS
• Your own local forum, for meeting up online with practitioners from your area
