May be suitable if you need some preparation before taking a Foundation Level course or e2e / Apprenticeship
Can help you to gain confidence and build self esteem.
You can gain new skills while developing existing ones.
Will usually last at least one year, but as courses are designed to meet your individual needs they may last longer.
