Shine Survey for Parents

We are collecting information about how Shine is programmed and how we get the information out to you. It would be very helpful if you could fill in one of the survey’s for us by clicking the link and answering a few short questions.

Completed surveys will be entered into our prize draw to win up to £100 worth of activity places for your children to be used during February half term or Easter holidays on any of the activities you can find in the Shine magazine.
