Breakfast Club, Wheldrake School - Expressions of interest

Wheldrake School is seeking submissions from suitably qualified organisations to provide a Breakfast Club for children aged 4 – 11, in the new room attached to the back of the school.

The building will be completed by the end of April 2011. We are hoping that the breakfast club could be up and running from September 2011 at the latest.

If you are interested please contact the school for an expression of interest form and return it to Jennifer.ross@York.gov.uk by Friday 15th April 2011. The form can also be downloaded here or from the school website www.yorkla.org/wheldrakewiththorganby.  

Following a submission of an expression of interest shortlisted providers will be sent an Invitation to Tender document together with more details about the terms and conditions of the hire of the room etc. Tenders will be evaluated and providers may be invited to an interview.
