The YorOK Children’s Trust has published its first workforce strategy for everyone who works with and for children, young people and families in York, both paid and unpaid.
The strategy sets out the Children’s Trust’s commitment to, and aspirations for, the whole workforce to ensure that everyone has the support, information and skills needed to improve outcomes for the children, young people and families with whom they work.
