	Nigel Burchell Workforce Development Unit Manager Nigel supports strategic and operational service and organisational transformation through the effective functioning of the ACE Workforce Development Unit, helping the children’s and adults’ workforce to become increasingly skilled, confident and responsive.
	Kate Helme Workforce Development Officer (Adult's) The main responsibilities of the Workforce Development Officer (Adult's) is to provide operational and strategic workforce development support for the transformation agendas and priorities of the ACE Directorate and key relevant partnerships, helping the adult’s workforce to become increasingly skilled, confident and responsive.
	Katie Kenneally Business Support Katie is the Workforce Development Units Business Support Administrator and provides full administrative support to the Workforce Development Unit. She has responsibility for all courses relating to the Children's and Adults Workforce but is also involved in processing bookings, course evaluations and all other correspondence for courses facilitated and delivered by the Workforce Development Unit. Katie is responsible for the Workforce Development Units website and main database aswell as all general queries or problems relating to this. Katie also oversees all website development and works Monday to Friday.
	Claire Marshall Business Support Claire is a Business Support Administrator and provides full administrative support to the Workforce Development Unit. She has responsibility for all courses relating to the Children's and Adults Workforce but is also involved in processing bookings, course evaluations and all other correspondence for courses facilitated and delivered by the Workforce Development Unit. Claire is also responsible for all queries relating to finance. Claire works Monday to Friday.

	Chris Shipley Workforce Development Officer (Children's) The main responsibilities of the Workforce Development Officer (children's) is to provide operational and strategic workforce development support for the transformation agendas and priorities of the ACE Directorate and key relevant partnerships, helping the children's workforce to become increasingly skilled, confident and responsive.
	Jacqui Smith Business Support Administrator / Manager Jacqui is the Workforce Development Unit Business Support Manager (Thursday and Friday) and Business Support Administrator (Monday - Wednesday). Jacqui has the responsibility of managing the growing team to ensure the delivery of a high quality, continuous systematic and focussed strategy for continuing professional development for the childrens and adults workforce in York. Jacqui also has responsibility for all courses relating to the Children's and Adults Workforce. She is involved in processing bookings, course evaluations and all other correspondence for courses facilitated and delivered by the Workforce Development Unit.
	Helen Upton Business Support Helen is a Business Support Administrator and provides full administrative support to the Workforce Development Unit. She has responsibility for all courses relating to the Children's and Adults Workforce but is also involved in processing bookings, course evaluations and all other correspondence for courses facilitated and delivered by the Workforce Development Unit. Helen is also responsible for all queries relating to finance. Helen works Wednesday to Friday.
	Vicky Vint Business Support Manager Vicky is the Workforce Development Unit Business Support Manager. Vicky has the responsibility of managing the growing team to ensure the delivery of a high quality, continuous systematic and focussed strategy for continuing professional development for the childrens and adults workforce in York. Vicky works Monday to Wednesday.
