Want to take some time to consolidate your post qualifying learning and practice?
Eligibility*
Qualified Social Worker.
Normally at least 18 months post qualifying experience.
Commitment from Children and Families**
To provide time off for study to attend five full day (6 hour) workshops at Huddersfield University. In addition to provide up to 6 further study days. Exact arrangements for study leave should be agreed between your service manager and yourself.To provide a mentor to support you with your studies.
Expectations of individuals***
Attendance at the workshop days at the University, submission of a portfolio of evidence by a set date, and also attendance at a viva.To provide mentoring support to NQSWs when the occasion arises.
