NVQ s are currently available in Administration, Health and Social Care, Care and Management, at levels 2 to 5 (dependent on subject area). Other subject areas could also be made available on request.

Eligibility*

You should normally be in a job role that corresponds to the subject content to allow you to meet the evidence requirements for the qualification.

If you are a new recruit, you should normally have completed your initial induction.

Commitment from Children and Families**

To ensure that you have time off for study equating to half a day a month. Your line manager will be able to determine where this study leave will be taken (e.g. in the workplace or elsewhere).To provide you with regular supervision and/or mentoring support via your line manager.Facilitation of regular on-site meetings with your NVQ assessor

Expectations of individuals*** 

To complete the programme within 18 months to two years
