Additional Information
*Training and development needs should ideally already have been identified through the PDR process, and approval and support from your line manager is a prerequisite for access to all training and development opportunities.
**Course fees are normally paid for by Children and Families, unless stated otherwise.
***Most training courses and development opportunities will require some amount of private study or other work in the individual’s own time. When anyone undertakes any training or development opportunity they do so with the expectation that they should disseminate any learning / useful written learning materials within their work place team / peer group.
