If you are using social networking sites to interact with users you may find times when you receive posts you are not quite sure how to handle. You should establish a framework for how you will use social networking sites so you know how to respond when this happens. To help you do this we have developed a toolkit that covers the key aspects you need to consider.

To help you set out how you handle different responses an example flowchart is given below. This is adapted from a flowchart used by Wakefield Council. This may not be suitable for your purposes but is a good starting point to consider.
