Be a King or Queen for the day!

Drop in for stories and crafts for Under 5s at Explore York Library Learning Centre.

Thursday 5th April 2012, 2.00 – 2.30 p.m.

Why not make a day of it? See the Queen at York Minster, have lunch in our cafe and then enjoy a fun story and activity session.

The great Easter Weekend at Creepy Crawlies

Good Friday, Saturday and Easter Sunday, throughout the day

Eggstra special Fun and Games in the park! Come and say hi to the Easter Bunny, and play some of the silly games we organised! Eggy-Lympics, Egg Rolling, Egg Treasure Hunt…there’s a theme isn’t there?! All activities included in the park entrance fee!

Tennis Tykes: Easter Holiday Tennis Classes for the under 5s

Tennis Tykes is a fun and educational tennis play and coaching programme for children aged from 2 years old.

Held at Roko Health Club, York (on the ring road near to Wigginton)

Wednesday 11th, Thursday 12th and Friday 13th April (11.00-11.45am- ages 2-3 years old); (11.45-12.30pm-ages 3.5 & 4). Friday 13th April (1.00-2.30pm-ages 5 and 6 year olds)

Price £5 per class for the 2-4 year old age group or book more than one class and receive a 10% discount off the total booking. Price £10 for the 5 & 6 year old (1.5 hour class)

The Very Young Friends of West Bank Park

The Very Young Friends of West Bank Park is a very friendly and energetic group which meets every Thursday, including throughout the holidays. All under-5s and their carers (and in the holidays, older children are welcome too!) are warmly invited to join us for seasonal nature games, crafts, stories and songs in the woods and meadows of the park. We meet at the statue of Queen Victoria at 10am. Bring a contribution to a shared picnic snack if you like, and dress for the weather! Cost is £1 per family.
